Wrongful Death

$2.5 million settlement for the family of a man who was killed by a garbage truck. The victim, a 58 year-old salesman, was driving to work on a two-lane highway. A garbage truck driving in the opposite direction crossed the center line and hit the victim head-on. He was killed instantly. The garbage truck company paid $2,500,000 to the widow and three adult sons of the victim.
